Boston’s up and coming Seaport District has seen a significant amount of development and redevelopment in the past several years. Formerly an important shipping hub for Boston, it has in recent years been redeveloped into an easy to access hot bed of commercial and residential real estate activity as developers work to reimagine Boston’s “Innovation District” into an area that appeals to everyone from large, multinationals to those seeking trendy, modern condominiums.
